Hey, Beauties! Some time ago I was contacted by the lovely Adriana from Irresistible Me Hair Extensions. Although I don’t wear hair extensions on a daily basis there is something you should know about me. I just L-O-V-E extensions, as a matter of fact at some point I was obsessed with them. I was spending hours and hours on the internet looking for different brands and learning new tricks. So naturally I was super excited when Irresistible Me asked me if I am interested in reviewing one of their sets. 

Before starting I just want to make quick disclaimer and to clear that out. Those extensions were sent to me for free but I am not  paid or sponsored by any means by Irresistible Me. Everything that you are going to read in this post is my honest genuine opinion. 

For those of you who haven’t heard about Irresistible Me before I’ll start with quick intro. They are relatively new company based in the Fashion District in NY, which specialize not only in hair extensions but also in hair tools, hair accessories, hair care and wigs. They offer three different types (sets) of hair extensions – Silky Touch, Royal Remy and Volume Vixen. You can find more information about the company and their products in their webpage here. Trust me, there is plenty to look for.

The set that I received is  from their Royal Remy collection in color Chocolate Brown and 24 inches length. I was planning to upload an unboxing video but the lightning was awful and I decided not to. Anyway here are my first impressions of Irresistible Me. 

Shipping

Irresistible me ship worldwide which is awesome (I love companies that ship worldwide) and if your order is over 150 USD you’ll get a free shipping. My package was shipped with FedEx and I received it for 4 days. 

Packaging

The hair comes in simple yet stylish black box with gorgeous drawing of a girl inside and a super cute message. I absolutely love the box and I personally prefer to store my extensions in boxes rather than the plastic packages that they come with. 

Inside the box is the plastic package with the hair, which is divided in two compartments. The one which is protected with a hygiene seal contains the extensions and the smaller one contains just one piece of hair. You can check the color and the length and see if it’s the right one by using the single piece of hair in the small compartment. Only if you are sure that this is the right color and length for you you can break the hygiene seal and use the extensions. If you want another color you can get a free exchange. How convenient is that? 

What you get in the set

The 24 inches comes in 200 grams worth of hair, which believe me it’s more than enough. There are 10 wefts in the set – 1 pc of 4 clips (7,5″), 2 pcs of 3 clips (6″), 5 pcs of 2 clips (4″) and 2 pcs of 1 clip (1,2″). This is a lot of hair and I can barely fit it all on my head (or in a selfie for that matter), but I love big voluminous bouncy hair! So no complains! What is special for Irresistible Me is their signature weft. This is super thick weft which contains around 1/3 of the whole hair and makes the blending with your natural hair super effortless. 
Last but not least I want to mention the clips because they are pretty important part. The Irresistible Me clips are relatively small but surprisingly they have really strong grip. I even pulled them slightly but they stayed on place, which is great because nobody wants extensions who are falling down. 

Hair Quality

The hair is 100% Remy human hair and the quality is just amazing – silky and shine. Irresistible Me are using a special treatment, unique to them which gives the hair extra smoothness and durability. Furthermore I love the fact that the extensions have the same thickness from the “roots” to the ends. This is something that in my opinion is very important especially for long extensions. It just looks better and it’s easier to cover the short hair. As I said, my set is in Chocolate Brown which turned out to be little bit darker than my hair but it is a gorgeous color with warm golden and red undertones. 

Would I Recommend

I would definitely recommend those extensions. Although I got them for free I really think they are worth it and you get great quality and a lot of hair for your money. By the way right now they have up to 50 % discount for Valentine’s Day so you can get some great deals.
I love how long they are so if you are looking for the luxurious Rapunzel hair go for the 24″ set. However if you haven’t worn extensions before and/or if you are planning to use them every day my advice is to chose a shorter length (20″ – 22″). Another thing that you should know is that I haven’t used those extensions for long time so I can’t really tell how durable they are but I’ll definitely keep you posted.  I am sorry for not being able to show you my “before” but I couldn’t get a nice shot and we all know the struggle.
