“Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul.”
— Henry Ward Beecher
Hey, Beauty! In the spirit of the upcoming Thanksgiving I was inspired to host a Gratitude Challenge for you. But before we get to that part, first I want to share why it’s so powerful to include gratitude in your daily routine and why it’s one of the best ways to manifest your desires into reality.
If you are into the Law of Attraction you probably already know a thing or two about the magic of gratitude. You may have even read the book – The Magic by Rhonda Byrne, which is all about the power of giving thanks and the reason why I decided to do this challenge.
Regardless if you are experienced thanks giver or a newbie in the subject of Universal Laws, gratitude is one of those things that you can never overdose with.
So here are the 3 main reasons why you would want to make a daily practice out of it and then we’ll be going straight to the challenge!
We Often Take Things for Granted
We are so wrapped up in our day to day lives, our wants and needs, that we seldomly stop to appreciate what we have. We are trained to focus on what we don’t have and what is still out there to achieve, forgetting that we already have so much to be grateful for.
I get it – we all deal with our own stuff and issues and you may thing “I don’t really have much to be grateful for right now!”. If that’s the case, let me put things into perspective for you, by sharing this quote that I love…
“If you have food in your fridge, clothes on your back, a roof over your head and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of the world. If you have money in your bank, your wallet, and some spare change, you are among 8% of the world’s wealthy. If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million people who will not survive this week. If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the agony of imprisonment or torture or the horrible pangs of starvation, you are luckier than 500 million people alive and suffering. If you can read this message, you are more fortunate than 3 billion people in the world who cannot read at all.”
Powerful, right? I know! Just the fact that you are here, you are alive and you are reading this post, places you way ahead in the game. Because only God knows (and stats fellas) how many people don’t even have a computer or access to the Internet – something that we take for granted.
Now, since I hopefully convinced you how blessed you are, let’s proceed further, shall we?
It Feels Good
Simple as that – it just feels good to be grateful. In my humble opinion, gratitude is the second most powerful positive emotion, right after love. It’s an instant high-vibe, mood-boosting pill and it’s free. You can have it whenever you want, as much as you like.
In fact let’s try it right now! Take a deep breath and hold it for few seconds. Feel it into your body and appreciate it. It is the life force, available to you 24/7, without any effort on your behalf. Doesn’t it feel amazing?
Now, imagine how you would feel if you struggle for your next breath – I would guess, not so amazing, right?
Look around you and use the same approach with 3 more things, that you are using daily. Notice how you feel for having them and how you would feel if they weren’t available to you. Do you feel the difference? Do you feel better by acknowledging and appreciating the things you were taking for granted?
I bet you do! At least that’s how I feel right now, writing this post and doing this along with you. And do you know why feeling good is important? Well, besides the obvious reason that feels good – duh!
It’s important because we live in vibrational Universe and…
Like Attracts Like
Yes, the Universe matches your predominant vibration, a.k.a. how you feel, and it sends it right back at ya’ in the form of things, people and experiences. So that, the more grateful you are for the things you have, the more things the Universe will send your way, to be grateful for.
The more you count your blessings, the more blessings will come your way to count for. For example:
- If you want more money, be grateful for the money you have right now, even if you have like $10 next to your name.
- If you want fit body, be grateful that you even have a body to begin with.
- If you want your business to take off, be grateful for having the opportunity to have your own business.
This applies in every area of your life – whatever you want to be, do and experience, start with being grateful for what you have right now. Of course gratitude alone won’t achieve your goals, but it will raise your vibrations and it will place you in a position, where you can actually recognize an opportunity when it hits you in the face.
So if you are ready, let’s roll our sleeves and invite the magical power of gratitude into our lives… You guessed it – it’s time for the challenge…
The 30 Days Gratitude Challenge
As any other life transforming thing, gratitude has to be turned into a daily practice, in order to unveil it’s magic. You can’t just do it once, call it a day and expect miracles to flood into your life. Annoying – I know, but it is, what it is!
That’s why I decided to go with this 30 days challenge. It is proven that it roughly takes 30 days to make or break a habit and that’s what we want – to turn gratitude into a habit, so that we can constantly be in the feeling-good-space.
We are in this together, as I’ll be doing the challenge along with you and I am pretty pumped about it. The party is happening on Instagram, so make sure you follow me there. If you don’t want to join on Instagram, find yourself an accountability partner. It helps a lot when you have someone to keep you on the right track.
Get your FREE workbook and full instructions for the challenge, by signing up in the form bellow.
I’ll wait for you on the other side!
Thank you for this! xo
You are so welcome! xxx
