Happy New Year, Beauties! I hope you all had a blast celebrating the Holidays and that you are loaded with tons of positive emotions and energy to kick the butt of 2016. I truly believe that this year is going to be fabulous. I am preparing a lot of new stuff here on the blog such as new series, categories and freebies (yeah!) plus a brand new blog makeover (which I hope will be ready soon). I am super excited and I can’t wait to share with you everything that I’ve been working on lately. So stay tuned!
As a part of my new content plan is my “30 Days Challenge” series which will be up on the blog every 1st Monday of each month. My New Year’s resolution is to introduce new healthy habits to my life and more importantly to stick to them for good. It is proven that it takes around 30 days to make or break a habit. Either you want to establish a new positive habit or you want to eliminate an old bad habit, 30 days is all you need. If you can stick to a routine for 30 days it is most likely that you’ll stick to it for a lifetime.
That is why I want to take you with me on this journey and start implementing healthy habits together. Each month I’ll be sharing with you the habit that I’ll be working on plus the benefits that you can gain by implementing it in your lifestyle. From personal experience I know that the hardest part is to keep up with the routine. I found out that if I keep track of my progress I feel more motivated to stick to it and finish it. That is why with every challenge you’ll get a FREE Printable Progress Tracker designed by me to keep you focused and determined.
I am really thrilled about this and the best part is that we can do it together and share our progress with one another. However, creating a habit is not the only positive thing that those challenges can bring to your life. Here are some of the benefits that you can achieve:
- By committing to a challenge you are committing to be more disciplined, more focused and more dedicated to your final goal.
- Sticking to your routine can improve your organizational skills, because you need to organize your day and dedicate some time to the challenge.
- You take the action to improve your life.
- You gain the satisfaction of completing the challenge and the understanding that you are capable of doing it.
- When you realize that you are capable of doing it, you have the motivation and inspiration for taking more challenges.
So as you can see a simple habit can go far beyond your expectations and can really change your life. Tomorrow the first challenge of this year will be revealed so make sure to check the blog. You can also subscribe and receive all the new updates and posts straight to your inbox.
I created a Facebook group called 30 Days Challenge – Beauty And The Nature specially for this blog series. You are more than welcome to join and share your progress, inspire others and be inspired, join discussions or just make some friends along the way!
What do you think about it? Are you excited as I am? Let me know in the comments below! 🙂
